These terms apply to shops (partners) that show their products on SaunaSteamer. By applying or supplying a feed you accept these terms. SaunaSteamer is a service of Fource Online B.V., KvK 90055195. If this translation differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies.
1. The service
We show your products on our comparison site based on your product feed, in the countries we agree on. Visitors click through to your own website and buy there. SaunaSteamer does not sell anything itself.
2. Pay per click
- You pay a fixed amount per click to your website. We agree the amount by email or in writing and it is shown in your dashboard. All amounts exclude VAT.
- We only count real clicks. Several clicks by the same visitor on the same product within 24 hours count as one click. Clicks by bots and by ourselves do not count.
- Our click registration is decisive. Your dashboard shows clicks per day, per product and per country.
- You can agree a maximum monthly budget. Once it is reached, we stop showing your products as paid links for that month.
3. Invoices
Every month you receive an invoice for the clicks of the previous month. The invoice is also in your dashboard. The payment term is 14 days. If you do not pay on time, we may take your products offline until the invoice is paid.
4. Your feed and products
- You make sure prices, stock, images and texts in your feed are correct. We fetch the feed every day.
- You have the right to use the images and texts in your feed and you allow us to show them on SaunaSteamer.
- We may sort products into categories, shorten texts and leave out products that do not fit or are incorrect.
5. No guaranteed numbers
We do our best to send many visitors to your products, but we do not promise a fixed number of clicks or sales. We decide the order of products, based on price, data quality and what the visitor chooses.
6. Dashboard and login
You get your own login for your dashboard. Keep your login details secret and tell us when a staff member should no longer have access.
7. Cancellation
The partnership runs per month. You can cancel by email at any time. We then take your products offline within 2 working days and send a final invoice for the clicks up to that moment. We can also cancel with 1 month’s notice, or right away if you do not meet these terms.
8. Liability
We are not liable for errors in data from your feed, for outages or for lost sales. If we are liable after all, this is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
9. Privacy
Your dashboard does not show personal data of visitors. Read how we handle data in our privacy policy.
10. Other
We may change these terms. We announce major changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Dutch law applies to these terms. Questions? Email partners@saunasteamer.com.
